1. Who we are
Helipow is a marketplace platform that facilitates heliski bookings (single drops, multi-day packages, gift cards and related services) in selected destinations. Nitro Aerospace S.L. operates the platform and processes customer payments.
The flight, guiding and on-destination services are delivered by independent local operators and providers. Helipow coordinates the booking and communication; it is not the air carrier and does not replace the local operator’s operational rules.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to contract. Heliski is a high-risk activity for advanced off-piste skiers/snowboarders. You confirm that you meet the level, minimum age, equipment and safety requirements stated on each product page, and that you will follow guide and pilot instructions.
3. Bookings and service description
Product pages describe the indicative scope (format, landings, inclusions and exclusions). Final operations depend on weather, visibility, avalanche conditions, capacity, local rules and the operator/guide’s safety decision.
A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation (email or account) and payment has been successfully authorised.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via Stripe or another authorised processor.
Multi-day packages may involve deposits, payment schedules or supplements (e.g. transfers) described on the page. Non-payment may lead to cancellation under that product’s terms.
5. Cancellations, changes and weather
Cancellation and change rules are set out on each product page and/or confirmation. Where no specific rule applies, customer cancellations may be non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
If the operator cannot deliver the service due to weather, safety or force majeure, we will offer rebooking or, where applicable, a partial or full refund under that booking’s terms. Helipow does not guarantee specific flight windows.
6. Gift cards
Gift cards have the value, validity and redemption terms stated at purchase. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Redemption is subject to availability and the same operational rules as a direct booking.
7. Conduct and safety
You agree to provide accurate information, not to interfere with the site or other users, and to respect mountain and onboard safety rules. The operator or guide may exclude a participant for safety reasons without a refund if exclusion results from failure to follow instructions or from an insufficient declared ability level.
8. Liability
Heliski involves inherent risks (terrain, snow, weather, helicopter flight). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitro Aerospace S.L. is not liable for damages arising from the activity on destination, or from acts or omissions of independent operators, except for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence in intermediating the booking.
Our aggregate liability related to a booking is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid to Helipow for that booking.
9. Intellectual property
Helipow trademarks, logos, text, photos and software are owned by Nitro Aerospace S.L. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without prior written permission.
10. Links and third parties
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For EEA consumers, mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply. Please try to resolve any claim by contacting booking@helipow.com first. Competent courts are those provided by applicable consumer law.
